- Proven leadership in high-volume processing environments
- Someone who can own both people production
- A strong Plant Manager... or a hungry, high-impact Production Manager ready to level up
- Salary: ~$130K (up to $150K for the right person)
- Relocation: Open (Midwest preferred, but flexibility here)
