Plaintiff's Litigation Attorney - Complex Injury & Wrongful Death
I am working directly with leadership at a well-established plaintiff-side litigation firm seeking an experienced Plaintiff's Litigation Attorney to join its Atlanta office. This opportunity focuses on complex personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and other high-exposure liability matters. While catastrophic injury experience is preferred, the firm is open to attorneys with strong civil litigation backgrounds, including defense-side experience, who are interested in transitioning to plaintiff work. The firm provides a structured support system that allows attorneys to focus on litigation strategy, client advocacy, case development, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation.

What We Need

- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Courtroom experience, including arguing hearings and handling key litigation events
- p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Experience taking and defending expert depositions, including medical experts, economists, liability experts, and industry specialists
