Position Overview
- Title: Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney
- Experience: 5-10 years of litigation experience (personal injury strongly preferred)
- Bar Admission: Active license required
- Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Negotiate settlements and develop case strategy
- Work closely with a collaborative, client-focused litigation team
