Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts with responsive, high-touch service.
- Review client needs, recommend coverage options, prepare quotes, and process endorsements.
- Guide clients through claims, coordinating with carriers for smooth, timely resolution.
- Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends to provide informed advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular, proactive communication.
- Support remarketing at renewal to improve coverage, price, and retention when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system and CRM.
- 2 years of personal lines insurance experience.
- Active State Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience with insurance software and CRM systems (Epic, HawkSoft, EZLynx, AMS360).
- Willingness to pursue professional designations (CISR, CIC).
- Base salary: $40,000 to $60,00
