Requirements
- ✅ 7 years of experience as a Paralegal (Personal Injury preferred)
- ✅ Strong experience in PI case management
- ✅ Proficiency in scheduling and calendaring deadlines
- ✅ Experience with legal filing systems (e-filing and physical filing)
- ✅ Ability to draft legal documents, correspondence, and routine pleadings
- ✅ Excellent organizational and time management skills
- ✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Manage personal injury case files from intake through resolution
- Maintain attorney calendars and coordinate deadlines
- Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents
- Handle filing of court documents and case materials
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Support attorneys with case preparation and trial readiness
