What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and motion practice
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and dispositive motions
- Handle client communication and guide clients through the litigation process
- Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparation and trial
- Hands-on litigation experience from day one - not just pre-lit or support work
- Direct mentorship from experienced trial attorneys with a strong track record of success
