- Manage and track permits from submission through approval
- Coordinate with local municipalities, inspectors, and agencies
- Prepare and submit permit applications and required documentation
- Monitor timelines and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Partner with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accuracy
- Stay up to date on local codes, zoning, and permitting requirements
- Experience with permitting in Volusia County / Florida jurisdictions
- Strong understanding of construction documents and processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Stable pipeline (3 years of work secured)
- High-impact role supporting project timelines

Salary : $55,000 - $85,000
