What You'll Do
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests and discovery-related correspondence
- Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and litigation documents
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination
- Prepare court filings and ensure compliance with deadlines
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
- 3 years of paralegal experience in personal injury litigation
- Strong discovery experience is required
- Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of California court rules and procedures
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
