Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair all types of overhead cranes and hoist systems
- replace columns/rails - strong electrical troubleshooting up to 480v, inspected cranes
- Perform preventive maintenance and complete detailed inspection reports
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical crane components
- Install, test, and calibrate radio controls and collision avoidance systems
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and customer requirements
- Support installation projects and assist with equipment upgrades
- Minimum 3 years of experience servicing and inspecting overhead cranes and hoists
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Proven experience installing radios and collision avoidance systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Comfortable working at heights and in industrial environments
- Clean driving record
- Familiar with InspectAll software
