Overhead Crane Technician

Seeking an experienced Overhead Crane Technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills who takes pride in quality workmanship and safety. The right candidate will have hands-on experience performing inspections, maintenance, and upgrades on overhead crane systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair all types of overhead cranes and hoist systems
• replace columns/rails - strong electrical troubleshooting up to 480v, inspected cranes
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete detailed inspection reports
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical crane components
• Install, test, and calibrate radio controls and collision avoidance systems
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and customer requirements
• Support installation projects and assist with equipment upgrades
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience servicing and inspecting overhead cranes and hoists
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Proven experience installing radios and collision avoidance systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Comfortable working at heights and in industrial environments
• Clean driving record
• Familiar with InspectAll software
