Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day agronomy and operational activities
- Coordinate dispatching, scheduling, and logistics
- Supervise applicators, drivers, operational staff, and seasonal employees
- Assist with inventory management and operational planning
- Ensure equipment, facilities, and fleet are operating efficiently
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
- Work closely with sales, agronomy, and leadership teams
- Agriculture operations or agronomy background preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of fertilizer, chemical, grain, or ag retail operations preferred
- CDL and applicator license are a plus
