Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for residential remodeling projects
- Manage and support project teams, field staff, and subcontractors
- Help implement and improve operational systems and processes
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve efficiency
- Strong residential remodeling experience required
- Experience with both interior and exterior renovation projects preferred
- Proven leadership and operations management experience
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
- Passionate, energetic, and team-oriented personality
- Comfortable in both the office and field environments
- Experience improving processes, systems, and operational workflows
- Ability to multitask and manage moving parts in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
