Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing production team
- Oversee daily operations to ensure schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met
- Manage budgets, control costs, and drive overall profitability
- Develop and enforce production processes, workflows, and safety standards
- Track KPIs and report on performance, production results, and continuous improvement efforts
- Coordinate closely with customer service, maintenance, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly
- Lead problem-solving on production issues and equipment challenges
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality expectations, and industry standards
- Minimum 8 years of management experience in flexographic printing
- Proven success leading and developing teams in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong understanding of flexo processes, equipment, materials, and quality controls
- Experience managing budgets, production costs, and profitability
- Solid scheduling and workflow planning skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
