What We Need
- Draft original, supplemental, and division order title opinions
- Conduct detailed title examinations in Texas and other producing states
- Advise clients on mineral ownership, leasehold rights, and curative matters
- Collaborate with attorneys, landmen, and clients on complex title issues
- Stay current with Texas oil and gas law development
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Strong understanding of Texas title and mineral law
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience with drilling and division order opinions preferred
