The Opportunity
- High patient flow with a mix of walk-in and scheduled aesthetic services
- Blend of injectables, wellness (HRT), and laser treatments
- Supportive clinical infrastructure-focus your time on patient care, not admin
- Environment that rewards relationship-building, retention, and outcomes
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) with a natural-results focus
- Conduct consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care
- Manage and oversee Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) programs
- Complete Good Faith Exams (GFE) in compliance with Arizona requirements
- Deliver or supervise laser treatments (training/certification supported if needed)
- Partner with clinical leadership to maintain quality, compliance, and patient satisfaction
- Active Arizona NP license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with injectables and aesthetic consultations preferred
- Strong interpersonal presence-able to build trust quickly and guide patients through decisions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing setting with a service mindset
- Interest in growing within a performance-driven aesthetic practice
- Training available for lasers and expanded service offerings
- Must meet Arizona regulatory requirements for delegation and supervision of services
