We are a high-end, physician-led plastic surgery and aesthetic practice in Chicago seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled injector with advanced aesthetic experience who is confident performing complex treatments and comfortable managing a full patient schedule in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform neuromodulator treatments, including full-face and neck treatments
- Administer biostimulators for face and body, including Radiesse
- Perform advanced dermal filler treatments, including tear trough, temple, facial balancing, and liquid facelift techniques
- Utilize cannula injection techniques for face, neck, and body treatments
- Provide laser skin rejuvenation, RF microneedling, and other energy-based treatments
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop long-term aesthetic treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to safety and compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing training, continuing education, and skill development
- 3 years of aesthetic injection experience required
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license
- Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques
- Strong consultation and patient communication skills
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans
- Proven success with treatment plan conversion and cross-selling
- Professional and active Instagram presence showcasing aesthetic work
- Existing client base preferred, with the ability and motivation to grow a loyal patient following
