We are seeking a mid-level to senior corporate associate attorney with experience handling complex corporate matters. This role will allow you to build strong relationships with sophisticated clients and guide them through transformative business events.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have at least four years of experience working on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth/venture capital, private equity, joint ventures, commercial agreements, and other business transactions. Experience with deals in the software, technology, healthcare, or life sciences industries is a significant plus. Qualified candidates should be motivated self-starters with strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.
