Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily funeral home operations
- Direct and support staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented culture
- Meet with families to arrange meaningful, personalized services
- Ensure seamless coordination of all services (visitations, ceremonies, burials)
- Perform embalming and preparation with the highest professional standards
- Maintain compliance with all state regulations and internal protocols
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and vendors
- Uphold the highest level of care, dignity, and professionalism in all services
- Active Funeral Director/Embalmer license
- Strong background in funeral service, including arrangements and embalming
- Proven leadership or management experience within a funeral home setting
- Ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive service excellence
- Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach
