Responsibilities
- Lead and manage trust and estate litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Build and maintain client relationships, expand business development opportunities, and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Mentor and develop junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the firm's values-driven culture and deliver exceptional results for clients.
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and serve as a key leader in the San Diego office.
- Member of the California State Bar in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of probate and trust litigation experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation matters, mentor junior attorneys, and develop client relationships.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to guide a team in a collaborative, values-driven environment.
