Maintenance Technician - Night Shift (Food Manufacturing)
Shift: Night Shift (6:00 p.m. - 6:00 am, M&T OR M&W AND every other weekend)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on processing and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure all maintenance work follows GMP, FDA, and food safety requirements.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Complete maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to support smooth, safe operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
- 2 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and control systems.
- Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, packaging machinery, and refrigeration a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certification a plus.
