Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic automation issues to minimize downtime
- Support production teams by ensuring equipment reliability and safe operation
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Hands-on, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
