What You'll Do
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure all systems are running safely and efficiently
- Lead all preventive maintenance across the facility
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues as they arise
- Develop and refine maintenance processes, procedures, and best practices
- Support the installation and integration of new robotic and automated equipment
- Serve as on-call support on weekends (the mill rarely operates on weekends, so calls are minimal)
- Strong maintenance background in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with electrical systems; exposure to robotics or automation is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage a full maintenance program
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to equipment reliability
- First-shift schedule with consistent hours
