Gpac is working with a well-established, rapidly growing meat processing company that is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in the Jackson area of Mississippi. In this role you would support a high-volume, fast-paced production environment. This leader will drive equipment reliability, support continuous improvement, and guide a skilled maintenance team across fabrication and further-processing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and schedule maintenance technicians across day or night shift
- Lead troubleshooting, repair, and PM activities on production lines, refrigeration, and facility systems
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA, USDA, HACCP, and plant policies
- Partner closely with Operations, QA, and Engineering to support uptime and throughput goals
- Monitor daily work orders, prioritize tasks, and keep accurate documentation
- Support CI efforts to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and enhance overall plant performance
- 3-5 years of maintenance leadership experience in meat or food manufacturing
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with conveyors, grinders, mixers, packaging equipment, and refrigeration systems
- Ability to lead teams on either shift and adapt to changing priorities
- Solid communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused leadership style
