This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, driving equipment reliability, and supporting continuous production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Ensure equipment uptime, reliability, and safe operation of production machinery
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production leadership to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the facility
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and company maintenance standards
- Manufacturing maintenance experience required
- Food or meat processing experience strongly preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with industrial production equipment and maintenance programs
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
