What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians on 2nd shift
- Oversee electrical, mechanical, and ammonia refrigeration systems
- Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Partner with production to improve efficiency and reliability
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Support ongoing facility upgrades and process improvements
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration (preferred)
- Experience in food manufacturing or similar environment is a plus
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
