Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance to improve performance for all food processing and production equipment
- Direct all repairs: planned, unplanned, and preventative
- Maintain accurate records and data to ensure compliance
- Manage maintenance and capital budgets
- Adhere to all GMPs and FSMA requirements
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Proven leadership and management experience in maintenance roles
- Strong electrical and general mechanical knowledge, particularly with coolers and conveyor systems
- Experience in food or meat processing
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership skills
