Responsibilities
As a Litigation Attorney, you will:
- Manage active litigation files from initial pleadings through resolution or trial
- Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Communicate with clients to develop a strategy and provide timely updates
- Conduct discovery, coordinate with experts, and prepare cases for hearing or trial
- Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to deliver efficient, results-driven representation
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing with the Texas Bar
- 2-6 years of civil or commercial litigation experience
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
