Project Experience Required
- Ground-up multifamily construction
- Podium and wrap-style apartment projects
- Large-scale mixed-use developments
- Experience leading projects from sitework through closeout
- Lead on-site construction operations across multiple phases
- Manage and mentor field teams, including Superintendents and subcontractors
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Project Management and ownership teams
- Ensure safety compliance and site execution excellence
- 10 years of commercial construction experience
- Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on multifamily projects
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage large, complex builds with multiple stakeholders
- Competitive and flexible base salary (up to $230K for top candidates)
