Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Residential Remodeling Architect with a strong background in single-family new construction and residential remodeling (both interior and exterior). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with our construction team, and ensuring the highest level of design and construction quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in single-family new construction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential remodeling, encompassing both interior and exterior projects.
- Proven ability to manage residential projects of various scales and complexities.
- Architectural licensure in the state of [State Name] is required.
- AIA (American Institute of Architects) membership is preferred.
