What You'll Do
- Advise employer clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Represent employers in government agency investigations
- Litigate employment claims on behalf of employers
- Draft employment agreements, forms, policies, and procedures
- Manage a heavy workload while providing timely responses to supervising attorneys and clients
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
- 2 years of employment law experience (required)
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (required)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle a heavy workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Responsive, client-focused approach and excellent communication skills
- Competitive base salary of $145,000 to $175,000, commensurate with experience
