- Experience: 7 years of experience with a background in a variety of employment law matters on a state and federal level with the ability to advise clients on difficult decisions, strong negotiation and drafting skills that include a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, an ability to multi-task, and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Licensed: Active member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing
- Education: J.D. form ABA accreddited law school with an excellent academic record.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, client-focused, and eager to grow a practice with firm support
- Some Book of Business preffered but not required.
- Guidance and mentorship from a senior partner
- Low billable hour requirements.

- Address time-sensitive disciplinary and perfermance issues.
- Help clients navigate leaves and accommodation requests.
- Address wage and hour matters.
- Handle agency proceedings.
- Counsel clients on worlplace best practices.
