What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations for interior projects
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, and materials to keep projects on track
- Mentor and guide project teams and field staff
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance at every stage
- Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and teams
- 3 years of interior construction experience (commercial, government, or multifamily)
- Proven ability to manage schedules and lead teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and ready to take initiative

Salary : $90,000 - $160,000
