This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and is eager to handle complex matters from day one. Candidates with insurance defense backgrounds or a proven record in high-level litigation will be given strong preference.
We focus on complex and high-exposure litigation, representing clients across a wide range of practice areas including construction law, healthcare liability, oil and gas, product liability, trucking/transportation, catastrophic injury, construction defect, premises liability, and insurance coverage. We are searching for an attorney who is not afraid of hard work, excels under pressure, and truly wants to try cases. Prior insurance defense experience is highly valued.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Oklahoma
- 9 years of litigation experience; insurance defense strongly preferred
- A detail-oriented self-starter committed to excellence and adherence to firm procedures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and sound judgment
- Ability to manage deadlines, reporting requirements, and complex caseloads efficiently
- A team-oriented attorney who thrives in a demanding environment and demonstrates strong organizational skills
- Full case management from initial intake through resolution
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Handle motion practice, hearings, and mediations
- Evaluate case strengths, weaknesses, settlement value, and verdict potential
- Meet strict reporting guidelines with timely updates, analyses, and recommendations
- Trial experience is preferred but not required-however, the ideal attorney is ready and willing to try cases
