Our client is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney with 1 years of civil litigation experience to join its Long Beach office.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week on site.
What You'll Do
- Defend insurance carriers and their insureds in civil litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery
- Take and defend depositions and attend hearings
- Evaluate cases and report to clients and carriers
- Work closely with partners on case strategy
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
- 1 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Base salary of $135,000 to $190,000, commensurate with experience
- Hybrid schedule with 2 days on site
