Responsibilities
- Handle insurance defense matters from early case evaluation through resolution
- Manage general liability cases including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and client communication
- Work closely with partners and litigation team on case strategy
- Participate in mediations, settlement discussions, and court appearances
- 5 years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Background handling general liability matters
- Strong writing, research, and case management skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- Trial experience is a plus

Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
