Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing workflows, production processes, and layouts to identify areas for improvement
- Support the development and implementation of process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Collect and analyze data to help improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize performance
- Work closely with senior engineers, production teams, and other departments on cross-functional projects
- Help document procedures, create process maps, and maintain operational standards
- Participate in quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement concepts is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CAD or data analysis tools is a bonus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a hands-on industrial environment
