What You'll Do
- Handle family-based immigration matters, including petitions, adjustment of status applications, waivers, and related filings
- Represent clients in removal proceedings and bond hearings before immigration courts
- Manage immigration cases from intake through resolution
- Prepare petitions, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation for USCIS and immigration court matters
- Advise clients on immigration options, strategy, and case progression
- Attend court appearances and hearings as needed
- Experience handling family-based immigration matters
- Experience with removal defense and bond hearings
- Ability to manage an active caseload with a high degree of independence
- Strong client communication and case management skills
- Comfortable appearing before immigration courts and government agencies
- Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
