️ Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Install heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system tune‑ups
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using proper tools and testing equipment
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with local codes
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings, repairs, and recommendations
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
- 5 years of HVAC experience preferred
- Strong background in both residential and commercial systems
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to read gauges, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
