Key Responsibilities
- Lead and MENTOR a team of commercial HVAC service technicians
- Ensure timely, high-quality maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate service schedules, dispatching, parts procurement, and equipment maintenance
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support on complex HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement within the service department
- 10 years of experience in large commercial HVAC service management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration technology
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to build accountability, pride, and performance within a team
- Bilingual STRONGLY preferred
