What You'll Be Doing
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls and installs
- Coordinate daily service operations to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Track technician progress and keep customers updated on status
- Adjust schedules in real time based on urgency and availability
- Coordinate parts and equipment deliveries to job sites as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, notes, and reports
- Support invoicing, data entry, and general service admin tasks
- Handle service-related inquiries and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
- Experience in dispatching within HVAC or mechanical service
- Strong understanding of service scheduling and field operations
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills with both field teams and customers
- Comfortable using scheduling software and standard computer systems
- Someone who can handle pressure and keep things moving without dropping details
