Responsibilities
- Design and manage land development projects including subdivisions, site layouts, utilities, and drainage systems.
- Prepare and review civil plans, specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate with clients, municipalities, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- BS in Civil Engineering
- PE license preferred or EIT/EI on track to PE
- Experience in civil site/land development projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
