A well-established commercial contractor in the Toledo market is looking to add a Heavy Civil Superintendent or Foreman to lead their self-perform civil crew (~5 people). This company has been in business for ~30 years and does approximately $60M annually, with a strong backlog and repeat clients.
They perform diverse commercial work with a strong focus on restaurant and retail projects, handling much of their site work and civil scopes in-house.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a self-perform civil/site crew (approx. 5)
- Oversee site work, grading, utilities, and concrete scopes
- Coordinate daily operations to keep projects on schedule and efficient
- Commercial projects ranging from $800K - $10M
- Heavy focus on restaurant ground-ups and site packages
- Mix of site development, utilities, and flatwork
- Heavy Civil Superintendent or strong Foreman ready to step up
- Experience leading crews in site work, utilities, grading, or concrete
- Comfortable in a hands-on, self-perform environment
- Strong leadership and ability to take ownership of work
- All local work - home every night
- Company self-performs a large portion of their work
- Stable backlog and tight-knit team

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
