Heavy Civil Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced field leader with 10 years in heavy civil or bridge projects. You will lead daily jobsite operations, supervise crews, ensure safety, coordinate with inspectors, and make confident field decisions. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10 years heavy civil or bridge construction experience
• Proven leadership managing crews and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of plans, specs, and field execution
