Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of milling and paving experience
- At least 2 years of Superintendent-level experience
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred (will also consider experienced General Superintendents or Foreman)
- Demonstrated ability to manage crews, schedules, budgets, and safety on DOT projects
