Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of personal injury or workers' compensation cases from intake through settlement or trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery.
- Represent clients in court, at depositions, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
- Maintain client relationships and keep clients informed on case progress.
- Collaborate with legal assistants and litigation teams to efficiently manage high caseloads.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Indiana and in good standing (multi state is a plus)
- Demonstrated litigation and negotiation experience in any of the practices above.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Highly organized and able to manage a significant volume of active cases.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and respectful communication style.
- Strong motivation and commitment to client advocacy.
- Bilingual fluency is a plus.
