Grand Format Production Manager

We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our grand format department and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. This Production Manager will be responsible for managing staff, equipment, workflow, and quality standards across all large-format print projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the grand format production team as the primary Production Manager
• Oversee job scheduling, workflow, and on-time delivery
• Ensure quality control across all printed and finished materials
• Collaborate with project managers, sales, and design teams
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of grand or large-format production experience
• 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or Production Manager role
• Strong understanding of grand format printers and RIP software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
