Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily grain facility operations, including receiving, storage, conditioning, and shipping.
- Maintain grain quality and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Supervise and train facility staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with merchandising teams on grain movement.
- Ensure equipment and facility are maintained to high operational standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, customers, and internal teams.
- 2 years of grain operations experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of grain handling, storage, and conditioning processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
- Competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 , depending on experience.
