Grain Superintendent Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and direction of facility operations
- Ensure that daily operations meet all standards and operational schedules
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments of grain; understand logistics and delivery
- Oversee a team and promote improvement in quality, safety and cost performance
- Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in elevator management preferred
- Self-motivated, ambitious and able to meet on-time demands
- Strong work ethic, problem solving skills and leadership abilities
- Mechanical abilities a plus

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
