Grain Location Manager

We are seeking an experienced Grain Location Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy grain handling facility. This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure efficient, safe, and profitable facility performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily grain facility operations, including receiving, storage, conditioning, and shipping.
• Maintain grain quality and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Supervise and train facility staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with merchandising teams on grain movement.
• Ensure equipment and facility are maintained to high operational standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, customers, and internal teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of grain operations experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of grain handling, storage, and conditioning processes.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience.
