Gpac is partnering with an expanding grain company to find a Grain Location Manager for a location in Southeast Wisconsin. This role is key to overseeing the daily operations of a grain handling facility, ensuring that the team works efficiently to deliver quality products, maintain grain condition, and serve customers.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all grain handling equipment, including rolling stock, while leading and training the elevator employees. You will manage the handling of inbound and outbound grain, ensure daily operations are completed on schedule, and resolve any customer issues. Additional duties include managing invoices, credit card spending, scheduling federal grain inspections, and ensuring proper fumigation and safety training for employees and contractors. Keeping the facility clean and organized will also be part of your responsibilities.
To be considered, you need at least 2 years of experience as a Superintendent or 5 years supervising grain elevator operations. You should have a solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
The position offers a base salary between $70,000 and $95,000, depending on experience, and comes with full benefits, including a 401k with match, FSA, and Dependent Care Accounts.
