Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop facility staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Oversee inbound and outbound grain handling, ensuring proper condition and quality.
- Manage and maintain all grain handling equipment, including rolling stock.
- Handle daily operations, invoices, credit card transactions, and scheduling federal grain inspections.
- Ensure proper fumigation, safety training, and regulatory compliance for all employees and contractors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and operationally efficient facility.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Minimum of 2 years supervising grain elevator operations or as a Grain Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Base salary: $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience.
