Grain Facility Manager

GPAC is partnering with a growing grain company to hire a Grain Facility Manager for a location in Southern Wisconsin. This role is critical for managing daily operations, ensuring grain quality, and leading a skilled team in a high-volume facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop facility staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Oversee inbound and outbound grain handling, ensuring proper condition and quality.
• Manage and maintain all grain handling equipment, including rolling stock.
• Handle daily operations, invoices, credit card transactions, and scheduling federal grain inspections.
• Ensure proper fumigation, safety training, and regulatory compliance for all employees and contractors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and operationally efficient facility.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervising grain elevator operations or as a Grain Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience.
• Full benefits package including 401(k) with company match, FSA, and Dependent Care Accounts.
